Everything starts within your mind. This class will teach you how to control and work with your own bodyweight while significantly improving your overall strength. No muscle will remain unworked.

ETHOS BOXING 101
Let’s get it started! Ethos Boxing 101 is the first step into your boxing journey. You will learn all aspects of boxing training, to make the best progress possible. Our experts are here to support you and pass on all the tips and techniques you need.

LES MILLS (BODY ATTACK)
BODYATTACK™ is a high-energy fitness class with moves that cater for total beginners to total addicts. We combine athletic movements like running, lunging and jumping with strength exercises such as push-ups and squats.

LES MILLS (BODY PUMP)
BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. It will burn up to 400 calories. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically-backed moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music.

LESS MILLS (BODY COMBAT)
Step into a BODYCOMBAT workout and you’ll punch and kick your way to fitness, burning up to 570 calories along the way. This high-energy martial-arts inspired workout is totally non-contact and there are no complex moves to master.
